- My trainings:
- Fellowship training from 2008 to 2009.
- ‘Field Research Skill’ from 28th March to 1st April, 2010 to Increase Interviewing Skills and Recording Competencies.
- Coordinate and leadership in project Works: We Can Campaign, Youth Resource Cell, HIV AIDS, Environment Camp, Human Rights. ‘Hiwel’ project for the slums and poor colonies in Eastern Kolkata and many villages of South 24 Parganas.
- Attending the Research Works:
- ‘Vote for the Environment’ (June—September 2009) on Wet Land degradation and water pollution in South and South-East Kolkata and present role of our democratic political system.
- ‘We Can campaign Impact Assessment’ (April—June 2010) in Kolkata and South 24 Parganas district of W.B.
- ‘Literature and Gender’ (February—March, 2009) on violence against women from very ancient period and also its several faces and how it is affecting their free living even in this 21st century.

- Worked with children, teenage, women, eunuch and other grass root people of slum area, prostitute area and many villages of South 24 Parganas.

- ‘All India Youth Conference’ (Gunj) at Lucknow, U.P. in 2009 about ‘Sexual and Economic Equality in India’.
- ‘We Can’ at New Alipur, Kolkata in 2008 on equality.
- ‘Public Communication’ by British Council, Park Street, Kolkata in 2009.
- ‘My Childhood, my rights’ on child education and child marriage on 2010 at Park Street.
- ‘Right to Live’ at Sonagachi Prostitute in Kolkata on March 2010.
- Monitoring the project work “We Can campaign” and activity of the youth groups.
- Organizing youth group and workshops for Community welfare: Organized ‘Youth Voice’ in August 2007 and successfully raised awareness regarding social malware, human rights, environment and education in our community and neighboring slums through various surveys and counseling and found positive results by encouraging people for education and also succeeded in stopping social bugs like early marriage and dowry system by innumerable workshops and cultural activities.
Achievement: ‘Youth Award 2010’ by Thoughtshop Foundation for Social Initiative, in 2011.
